So here’s what happened – according to police reports and eye-witness accounts:
Chris had just finished performing at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim and was in the VIP section when a woman named Deanna Gordon claimed that as the club was about to close, Chris deliberately shoved her to the ground.
She says she filed a police report and says that because she fell hard to her knees, doctors told her she had torn ligaments in her right knee and has been told she needs surgery.
Chris’ rep Nicole Perna said in a statement, “I’m unaware of the incident, as is Chris’ lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse. None of this makes sense.”
Chris himself took to twitter and slammed the reports saying, “Please stop with the false stories. I don’t usually comment but I didn’t do anything. Had a great show at powerhouse and a positive one.”
Now a couple of witnesses not affiliated with Chris have stepped forward and claim that Gordon made the whole thing up.
The witnesses claim that Gordon spent the “spent all night trying to get on stage” during Chris’ performance and was turned away by his security when she tried to get into the VIP area.
They say that Gordon only began claiming being assaulted by Chris AFTER he had left the club – he was even escorted out by the club’s security team as is the norm for their celebrity guests.
Although Gordon claimed that Chris “pushed her down the stairs”, witnesses say that Gordon actually “tripped and fell on a table, hitting her back on a chair” after Chris had already left the club.
Cops are currently reviewing security footage from the club to see what actually happened.
